These terms cover purchases from the Led Zap merchandise shop.

Products and orders

Led Zap shirts and hats are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Product photographs are mockups; colors and placement can vary slightly in production and on different screens. Choose your size carefully and provide an accurate delivery address. Product availability and delivery destinations may change.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars unless a different currency is expressly shown. The checkout displays the order total, including shipping and applicable taxes collected by the store, before payment. International orders may incur additional customs duties or import charges payable to the destination country's authorities or carrier where not collected at checkout.

Delivery and order issues

Our Shipping Policy describes production and delivery estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Contact rock.ledzap@gmail.com promptly if an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect.

Returns

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request help and the limits on voluntary returns or exchanges. Nothing in these terms or our store policies limits any consumer rights that apply by law.
