Our shirts and hats are made to order. Please check the size guide and your shipping details before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email rock.ledzap@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.

We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. This does not limit any cancellation, return or other consumer rights that apply by law.
